Planning and customers

Planning​

Planning shows the occupancy of the fleet in the next 13 days: one row per vehicle, one column per day, with a red line on the current time. Each contract is a coloured block (Confermato in orange, In corso in green, Rientrato in grey) with the customer name. Click a block to open the contract. Nuovo contratto starts a new contract.

Customers​

Clienti lists the customers with tax code or VAT number, phone, documents and number of contracts. Customers in the blacklist have the red Lista nera label. Use the search to find a customer, and Nuovo cliente to add one.

Click a customer to open the record: personal data, residence, contracts and documents with number, expiry and validity.

Document numbers are encrypted and masked. The eye icon shows the full number; every view is recorded. Nuovo contratto starts a contract for that customer.
